The CSAT or the Civil Service Aptitude Test is conducted by the UPSC on behalf of the Central Government each year for selection of eligible and qualified candidates as IAS and IPS. There are 2 methods to apply for the Civil Service Examinations: 1.Online Method: You can apply online at: http://upsconline.nic.in/index.php Detailed instructions for filling up online applications are available on the above mentioned website. 2.Offline Method: If you want, you can also apply Offline in the Common Application Form. It can be easily purchased from the designated Head Post Offices/Post Offices throughout the country against cash payment of Rs. 30/- . A Form can be used only once for one examination. Important Dates can be noted as follows: *Last of submitting completed application form: 21.03.2011 *Date of Preliminary Exams :12.06.2011 *Date of Main exam :27.10.21011 I have attached the notification as issued by the UPSC for detailed information as you require. |

Re: Application procedure and other details regarding CSAT examination? to apply for the CSAT exam you to apply for the IAS exam ..... first you have to fill the upsc form bought from the post offices of the various regions .... and send it to the given address..... CSAT exam is the CIVIL SERVICE APTITUDE TEST , a preliminary exam if the IAS exam ...... for the detailed information visit the official site:: www.upsc.gov.in |
