The requirements for the Civil services exam: >>Bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized university. >>Final year candidates can also apply for the exam >>The age limit for the exam is 21-30 years with relaxations in upper age limit applicable to the obc and sc/st respectively. >>You must be an indian citizen. The important dates for filling the forms for the Civil services exam in 2014 are : Date of notification:17/05/2014 Last date of receiving application:14/06/2014 Date of examination :24/08/2014 It has three stages : Civil services aptitude test Main exam Personal interview For any more details please visit www.upsc.gov.in all the best aashisranjan784 |

Re: What is the date of filling the forms of IPS exam? Hi You may refer to above post for eligibility, number of attempts, age qualification etc However, date for this year has gone. You will need to wait for one more year. Date for 2014 is out. Date of release of form: 17th May 2014 last date for form submission: 14th June 2014 date for pre exam is 24th August 2014 Those qualifying pre exam, would be asked to appear for Mains and those qualifying mains would be asked to appear for Interview before final selection to IAS, IPS, IFS etc All the best |

IPS exam is conducted by UPSC.There are some criteria you have to follow for appearing in IPS exam.This exam is conduct through Civil Service Exam. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Candidate should have minimum graduation degree with any discipline from a recognized university.
