YES, obviously you can go for masters in CIVIL ENGINEERING,if you have completed your B.E. or B.TECH in CIVIL or related branches.
You can also go abroad for your MASTERS DEGREE.For that you just have to give the entrance exam GRE.And syllabus for it is 11th,12th & English.

You can go for master’s degree in civil engineering, if you have completed your graduation in civil engineering. B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering is the preferred qualification. Admissions are done on merit basis or GRE score. IELTS and TOEFL score is mandatory in certain institutions. University of Minnesota, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, etc offers master’s degree in civil engineering.
