Dear friend, You can do BTech in civil engineering after your diploma in civil engineering.You can directly enter into 2nd year of BTech by writing the entrance exam conducted by state government.If you are qualified in this exam you can join in BTech 2nd year in any college of your state based on your performance in the entrance exam.So do well in the entrance exam so that you can get admission into the good college.
