Re: How to join IAF as a fighter pilot? I am a plus two student Hello Friend, Airforce Fighter Pilot must have bachelor's degree or higher receive this education at Military Universities. You should major in Mathematics, Physical Science or management are applicable Air Force Fighter must also have a strong knowledge of aircraft operating procedure, flight theory and meteriology. Airforce Fighter Pilots must complete the Airforce Specialized Pilot Training (SUPT) Program. They earn additional awards and gain experience on progressvely more complex aircraft Fighter Pilots must work their way up and become familiar with F-16 Fighter Jet. They attend classroom training as simulators and perform test fights. They then progress to air combat and in flight refueling. Pilot must posses up to date aeronautical rating and licensing. They may also need security clearance this can be gained by completing the Single Scope Background Investigtion (SSBI) Thanks |
