i am a b.e ece final year student..,now i am having 6.4 aggregrate...i am not sure that i wil get vfirstclass.is firstclass is need for upsc exams?

Yes you are eligible to apply for the UPSC civil service examination. The civil service examination is conducted every year by the UPSC for the selection of candidate for IAS or IPS posts. The eligibility required for the civil service examination is given below:

Required Qualification to appear for Civil Services Exam

-You should have passed Graduation degree in any specialization from recognized Institute.
-You are for civil service exam while in graduation final year.
-UPSC Civil service exam has no restriction on graduation percentage.
-Your Age should be within the limit of 21 to 23 years.
-You must be a citizen of India.

Education Qualification
Candidate applying for the civil service examination should be graduate in any discipline from the recognized university. Those appeared in the final year examination are also eligible to apply for the civil service examination.
Candidates having higher qualification like B.E/B.Tech, MBBS and so on are also eligible to apply for the civil service examination.

Age Limit
For the civil service examination candidate age should be between 21 to 30 years. Relaxation in age is given to reserved category candidates like SC/ST, OBC, ex-service men as per the govt. rule.
