Getting registered for the Company Secretary course is an easy process. Since you have qualified 12th examination, you will have to obtain the prospectus along with the registration form of Foundation Program from any of the Regional Council/Branches of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India situated in your city/state. The Institute of Company Secretaries of India do not conducts any entrance examination to assess candidates eligibility to pursue the course. Hence, you will be able to get admission without qualifying any entrance examination and irrespective of marks obtained in the 12th examination.
The Foundation Program is followed by Executive Program, Management Training and Professional Program and after completion of all these stages, you will be able to qualify as an Company Secretary and become an associate member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
