you have pleasant personality thats very nice but that is not the criteria for admission in law courses. You need 50% marks in 12th class for appearing in entrance exam. The admission in will be on the basis of marks you scores in the entrance exam. There is five year law course after 12th....wish you all the best

LLB stands for Bachelor of Law


Yes, off Course you are eligible for LLB direct after completing your 12th standard...

If you are aspiring to take admission in LLB then you should have to apply for CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) entrance exam and also have to crack it with Good score....

>> A candidate who have completed their 12th standard from Recognized board with at least 55%. (For SC/ST category Minimum 50%).

>> A candidate have to qualify in CLAT entrance examination with good score.

Hi dear............
As you are interested to do LAW you have to appear CLAT exam , The details eligibility criteria are as follows....

CLAT BA-LLB Eligibility:

>> Those candidates who have obtained a Intermediate (10+2) or its equivalent from a recognised Board more than 50% marks in aggregate (45% in case of SC/ST/OBC and PWD) are eligible for appearing in CLAT Undergraduate Test.

>> Candidates who have appeared in the 10+2 examination and are awaiting results are also eligible to appear in the test can also apply.

>> Maximum age of a candidate appearing for Undergraduate Program is 20 years. (22 years for SC/ST and PWD).
The candidate have to show prooof of Age and Educational Qualification at the time of Admission to college.






CLAT LLM Eligibility:

>> Those candidates who have a degree in LLB/BA LLB with minimum 55% marks (50% in case of SC/ST/OBC and PWD) are eligible for CLAT Postgraduate Test.

>> Those whose result is awaited are also eligible.

>> If a candidate is found with less than required marks in Graduation, however has cleared CLAT will be disqualify.
The candidate have to show prooof of Age and Educational Qualification at the time of Admission to college.

hi,

The CLAT is an all India entrance examination conducted by National Law Universities for admissions to their under-graduate and post-graduate degree programmes (LL.B & LL.M).
Eligibility for CLAT:
- You should be 12th pass in any discipline.
- You should have min.50% marks and 5% relaxation to SC/ST/OBC students.
- Your age should not be more than 20 years in case of General/OBC candidates,22 years in case of SC/ST .
Pattern of the exam:
EXam will have MCQ type questions,questions are asked from following areas:
- General Knowledge/Current Affairs
- Mathematics
- Logical Reasoning
- Legal Aptitude/Legal Awareness.

Yes definitely your eligible to apply for LLB Course after 12th standard . So, Please don't worry . If your interested in Law Course then , After Completing 12th standard you may apply for Integrated course LLB Course .

Integrated LLB Course :-

BA+ LLB Course .

The Duration for of the Course is for 5 years and the Course is divided into 10 semester . There are so many Colleges in India Offers this Integrated LLB Course .

Eligibility Criteria for Integrated LLB Course ( BA+LLB ) :-

The Applicant should Complete 12th standard (or) Equivalent Examination in any discipline from recognized University . Final year candidate may also eligible to apply for this Examination .

You should score Minimum 50% Percentage of marks and relaxation 5% Percentage of will be given for sc/st candidates .

You should Also qualified in entrance Examination like, Common Law Admission Test / NALSAR Entrance Test/ NLSIU Entrance Examination Etc...
