Now you want your borther to be a Docter and you want to do it from Russia acoording to me you shoulg stick to India because there are few reasons behind that that in Russia the education is very costly as compared to India because you are going to earn in rupees and spend in dollar or their currency and secondly the MBBS done from India gas an higher vale so my suggestion is to do it from India and then go to Russia for job .
