dear friend,
After completion of BBA course you want to join in Air force..

Then you have to qualify in AFCAT exam..

Through AFCAT exam you can get into Air force wing.

Eligibility for AFCAT exam:-

For Ground duty branch:-

1.Candidate has to complete the graduation in any trade.
2.Age should be in between 20-27 years.


For Flying branch:-

1.Candidate has to complete the graduation in any trade but must have maths and physics in 12th.

2.Age should be in between 19-23 years.


For Technical branch:-

1.Candidate must have complete the graduation in engineering field.
2.Age should be in between 18-28 years.


These are the eligibility criteria you have to fulfill.

Yes, you can join Indian Air Force in two ways through CDS and AFCAT exams.

CDS- Combined Defence Service exam conducted by UPSC twice every year for entry in to Indian Military Academy, Naval Academy, Air Force Academy and Officer's Training Academy.

The eligible candidate should be a graduate in any discipline within the age of 19 to 25 years of age and for Naval and Air Force Academy the candidate should have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics during 10+2 level.

AFCAT-Air Force Common Admission Test conducted by Air Force two times every year for Flying Branch, Technical Branch and Ground Duty Branch of Air Force.

The eligible candidate should be a graduate from any discipline with at least 60% marks. The final graduation appearing candidate are also eligible to apply for AFCAT. But for Technical Branch the candidate must be an engineering graduate.

For Flying branch the age should be 19 to 23 years
For Technical branch age should be 18 to 28 years
For Ground Duty branch the age should be 20 to 23 years

There are 2 entry schemes through which you can join Indian Air force as an officer after the completion of your graduation.

1.CDSE

2.AFACT

The Combined defence service examination is conducted by the UPSC twice in a year.Whereas the Aor fprce common admission test is conducted by the Indian Air force twice a year. Both the examinations are conducted for the admission in FLYING BRANCH, TECHNICAL BRANCH and GROUND DUTY BRANCH of Indian air force.
The eligibility criteria required for both the entry scheme is described below:


1.Combined defence Service
A candidate can apply for the CDS examination after the completion of their graduation. For the CDSE examination a candidate should be graduate in any discipline and if he/she is applying for the Indian Air force and Navy physics and Maths at 10+2 is required.
Those are in final year of their graduation are also eligible for this examination.

Age Limit
Indian Military Academy 19-24 Years

Air Force Academy 19-23 Years

Definitely...you can join Indian Air force after completing BBA course.


To join Indian Air force, you have to appear in entry level entrance exam for Air force.


There are two exam through which you can join Indian Air force as follows:


1. AFCAT(Air Force Common Entrance Test)

2. CDSE(Combined Defense service Examination)





AFCAT : AIR FORCE COMMON ENTRANCE TEST


AFCAT exam is conducted for the selection of candidates as an officer in Indian Air force for the various branches as follow-

1.Flying Branch

2.Ground Duty Branch

3.Technical Branch



Eligibility criteria for AFCAT:
----------------------------

You SHOULD have complete your Graduation degree in any stream from recognized university/INSTITUTE

You must secure minimum of 60% marks(aggregate in all paper put together).

Your age must be in between 19-23(for Flying branch), 18-28(for Technical branch) & 20-23(for Ground duty post).




AFCAT Selection procedure:
------------------------------

1. Written Exam

2. SSB Interview

3.MEDICAL


After passing Written you will be call for Interview & Medical check up.



Application for the AFCAT:

I have also attached a application form of AFCAT examination with this post. You can download this application from the below link. With this application you have to attach two self addressed envelop.
On one envelop you have to paste a ticket of Rs 27 and on another a ticket of Rs. 5. All these three things i.e application form, two envelop and the two photos are send to your respective headquater.

CDSE : COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICE EXAMINATION



UPSC{Union Public Service Commission} conduct CDS exam twice a year as CDS I & CDS II to recruit candidate in AFA(Air Force Academy) wings.



Eligibility criteria for Air Force through CDS exam:
---------------------------------------------

You should have the Graduation degree in Engineering from a recognized University with Physics and Mathematics at 12th standard.

There is no restriction on percentage for this exam.

Final year graduate candidates are also eligible for CDS Examination.

You Age should be between 19 to 23.

You must be an Indian Citizen



CDS exam notification will release in the month of Oct and June every year & exam will held in the month of Feb and September every year respectively.
