Re: How to get a job in MNC after completing B.Tech with 60-65% It is good that you have scored 60-65% of marks in your B.Tech course which makes you eligible for the recruitment process of most of the top MNCs like TCS INFOSYS WIPRO ORACLE GENPACT COGNIZANT ACCENTURE IBM etc. You can apply for these companies in any of the following modes : -On campus placements -Off campus placements -Job Melas -Direct Walkins -Referral Walkins -Job Portals In addition, you can register your profile in the official website of these companies. If your profile is shortlisted, you will be scheduled an Interview and all the details will be communicated to you through mail and call. As a fresher, it would be better to get the job in campus placements itself otherwise you need to face tough competition in the outside market. The selection procedure would involve Written Test Group Discussion Technical Interview HR Interview You did not mention your percentage of marks in your previous academic levels i.e. 10th and 10+2. You need to secure 60% of marks in all your academics to be eligible to apply for these companies. In addition, you should not have any pending backlogs in your B.Tech course. If there is any academic gap, it should not be more than 2 years. Start preparing for Aptitude, Reasoning and General English which may be a part of written Test and to crack the Group Discussion, you should be good in English and you should be able to explain your thoughts very clearly. If you are poor in English, please concentrate in this area. Many of the candidates are simply getting rejected in GD though they have very good subject knowledge. For Interview, if you are strong in fundamentals, that would be enough. |

Re: How to get a job in MNC after completing B.Tech with 60-65% You can register directly through company career websites such as Campus Arena for Wipro and Campus Commune for TCS and they will let you know all the job openings or recruitment's. If you register at their portals with your updated resume, they will send mail notifications on recruitment's. You could also register at Naukri, Monster or Shine consultancies for getting your profile shortlisted by various company's recruiters. Linked in is a professional online community is also a mean by which you can get opportunities to be noticed and follow professionals. |

I got Madhamik Exam=66% Higher Secondary=59.28 % (All sub) / 60 % (best of five) in ARTS(Eng,ben,sans,geo,Computer Application) Diploma in Computer Application=72.5% B.tech in Information Technology=7.0 Now my query is ...... 1. PSU also offer career opportunities for B.Tech holders. You can join as GET in BHEL, IOCL or GAIL. GATE score is also required to join the position. Details on such job positions can be collected from job portals or from the website of the concerned company. |
