For appearing 10th exam candidates age should be minimum 14 years old.
This age is valid for all the boards that may be state Board, CBSE, ICSE and any other board.

Yes definitely your daughter is applicable for writing CBSE 10th board examination in the year 2025 so you do not have to worry for that .

As the CBSE held board examinations from the first week of March every year generally .So by the time CBSE held the examination in 2025 yours daughter age will be nearly 15 years which is enough for appearing in the examination as the minimum age requirement for the same is about 14 years 4 months .

For more information syllabus and date sheets of examination visit the oficial website of CBSE that is www.cbse,nic.in .

Yes your Daughter can appear for 10th Board exam in 2025.

According to her Date Of Birth she will be 15 years age in 2025.

The minimum age required to appear for 10th Board is 14 years.

So see that she don't waste any year or repeat any class.

I mean to say that because of parents Job Transfer and all some time children will be leaving there school in the middle and will be repeating the class so they waste there academic year in such cases.

So take care of that and make sure she is studying well.

For board exam to appear minimum age is 14 years. you have not specified the state to which you belong because it may vary from state to state. However your daughter will become 14 year old in 2024 so in 2025 she can give board exams undoubtedly.

1) first thing is a child has to have minimum of 14 years to write the sate board exam
2) as your daughter was born on 2010 may 7th she will be having 15 years on 7th may 2025 to she will be eligibile to write state board exams
3)she can write her board exams even in 2024 at that time she will be having exactly fourteen year which is minimum criteria
4)if she to write the SSC in 2024 she has to start her nursery at the age of 2 or 3 years
5)according to scientific research those who started schooling late seems to have more IQ than the students who joined earlier to the school
6)so join as late as possible so that she can be adjusted to that environment easily

Thank you...

You seemed to be very cautious and perfect planner about the studies of your daughter, you need not be worried about this. The minimum age required to appear for 10th board examinations is 14 years according to government of India.it is age irrespective of the board CBSE/SSC/ICSE. According to the information you have provided she will be eligible for 10th by the time of 2025,although if u join your daughter at the age of 4-5 years.

Yes, she can easily appear for board exam in 2025.

As she was born in 2010, she will be in her 15 years when she will reach 2025.

And 15 years is the exact age for appearing for 10th exam.

Just remember to put her in Class-1 in 2016 as she will be in the age of 6 for appearing in 10th in 2025

Re: Will I be able to appear in class 10th board?

Minimum Age requirements in order to appear for the 10th Board examinations is of 14 to 15 years and in order to appear for the 10th whether it was of State ,CBSE,ICSC board any one it should not cross 15 years in order to appear for 10th class examinations.

Now a days every school is seeing about the age limits or the qualifications which needs to appear for the 10th and according to your daughters age it should not cross 15years and if you make your child to appear for the school that is the LKG by 3 years your daughter will be eligible enough to appear for the 10th board and no worries at all.

There are different board examinations which are available such as the
  1. SSC State Board
  2. CBSE Central Board Secondary Examinations
  3. ICSC board
These are the most popular boards which are available for the examinations

It gives us immense pleasure that you are keen in career planning of your daughter right now. It is high time to start formulating the line of action in career building of your child.

The year of birth of your daughter is 2010. Upto the year 2025, your daughter would be around 15 years of age which is exceeding the required age of 14 years for candidates going to appear in matriculation examination.

It is very good to see that you are taking care of your child’s educational future from the very since. Minimum age to be eligible to appear in 10th Board exam in any of the educational board whether it is CBSE, ICSE or any of the State Board is 14 years. This means, the student should have at least attended the age of 14 to appear for its Board Examinations.

However, your daughter’s age seems appropriate to appear for 10th Board Examination in case, she will be admitted in the school at the age of 3 years or 2.5 years. Because currently at school the child has to go through may be 2/3 kindergarten classes i.e. Nursery/LKG and UKG which sums up to 2-3 years of a child’s age. After that, from 1st onwards to 10th class, it counts for 10 years of a child’s age.

However, if you want to admit your daughter to school at the age of 5 years, then there is a need to reduce your daughter age by 2-3 years from her actual date of birth. I hope you will be satisfied by this.
