Any one who want to apply for MBBS entrance exam or All India Pre-Medical Exam(AIPMT) must have completed the age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete the age on or before 31st December of the year of his/her admission to the 1st year MBBS Course. --To get admission under 15% All India Quota Seats the Upper age limt is 25 years as on 31st December of the year of the entrance examination. --The upper age limit shall be relaxed by a period of 5 (five) years for the candidates of Scheduled Castes(SC)/ Scheduled Tribes(ST)/Other Backward Classes(OBC). |

Re: What is the age limit to give MBBS entrance? Dear friend MBBS stands for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. For apply MBA exam candidate age should be minimum 17 years and maximum age is 25 years. Education qualification:- Candidate should be completed 10+2 or its equivalent examination with the subjects physics, chemistry and biology from a recognized board. Best of luck.......... |

To do MBBS,Medical entrance tests or per-medical tests (commonly known as PMTs) are conducted to identify students with the potential for the rigor of medical studies. The national level medical entrance tests are open to students without reference to their place of domicile. Medical entrance tests conducted by state level authorities/ organizations are meant for shortlisting students of state domicile for admission to the medical colleges within the state. Age limit A basic requirement for applying for medical entrance tests is that the student should be at least 17 years old on or before 31st December of the year of admission. Upper age limit, where specified, is 25 years. Education Qualification The aspirant should have completed plus two or its equivalent examination with the subjects physics, chemistry and biology. Sometimes, there is a clause that the applicant should have passed the qualifying examination in the first attempt. |

Re: What is the age limit to give MBBS entrance? HSC holders can apply for MBBS degree. Such candidates should have completed the course with PCB as subjects. Admissions are done through entrance tests. Candidates having completed 17 years can apply. Upper age limit for pursing the degree is 25 years. |
