Re: How to get a bank job for a short period?

Did you mean to say, you want the job within a short period rather than "for a short period"???

It depends upon your preparation and your ability to attempt the as many questions as possible and that too correctly.

But you have to more patient because you may not get the job in your first attempt.

because the competition is very tough and the no. of vacancies are very as compared to the participants.

So you have to prepare very well to get the call letter for interview.

Seasonal jobs can be found very easily in London, providing you look for it the right way, and soon enough.

If you are an EU citizen or have a valid work permit, you have two options:

You can contact one of many agencies on the market. They will provide you with a cheap accommodation, and will give you leads to find a job or, very rarely, provide you with one. Typically catering, or other basic jobs, but most of us started that way and that is one strong option to consider if do not like too much adventure and wish to practice your English.

Bear in mind that you will hear complaints about some of the agencies, but, hey, it's a business, so don't expect a nice luxury accommodation, limousine to come and pick you up at the airport, a highly paid job! They sell the basics, not a red carpet!

A few of them:

You did not mention the qualification that you posses. With 10+2 as the qualification, you may eligible to apply for the clerical positions and that too if you secure a minimum of 60% of marks in your 10+2.

With graduation as the qualification, one can appear for the PO (Probationary officers) exam. For to be eligible for this exam, one must have to secure a minimum of 55% of marks at graduation level and a minimum of 60% of marks at 10+2 level.

If you make good planning of yourself to prepare the syllabus in time, you can prepare well and attempt well.

Give much focus to General awareness. Because this is the area which most of the people feels difficult to qualify in this area. Collect the various aspects of last 6 months relating to
-National affairs
-International affairs
-Bilateral affairs
-Persons in news
-Sports
-Awards.

For general English, allocate very less time as we can't expect the questions and we can only guess the pattern and be good with the grammatical aspects.

Instead of going through all the aspects of aptitude without practice, choose some of the important aspects of aptitude and solve variety of problems in those areas with good practice.
