I'am 4th year student of B.A LLB... What is the educational qualification required for freshers to be eligible for JMFC... The requirement of 55% means what; is it required in all 5 years or just in the last year.. please let me know

Maharashtra Public Service Commission invites application for recruitment of Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate through Civil Judge Junior Division and Judicial Magistrate First Class Preliminary Exam from time to time .

Eligibility for JMFC 2015 exam (Civil Judge Junior Division and Judicial Magistrate Fist Class).

Age limit:
Your age must be between 21 to 25 years

Educational Qualification:
You must have LLB degree with three years experiences as Attorney or Advocate .

Application fees:

The Applicant have to pay the Rs.365/- for Unreserved category(Gen.& OBC) and Rs.250/- for Reserved category (SC/ST/PWD).The payment can be done through the SBI challan/ Debit card/ credit card.

So, you are not applicable for JMFC 2015 being a final year student.

Fresh Law Graduates----25 years

Already working as Advocate, Attorney or Pleade-----35 years

Members of Ministerial Staff of High Court/ Courts Subordinate to High Courts-----45 years

The acronym JFMC means Judicial Magistrate First track Court Exam. It is the judicial service exam for the post of Judicial Magistrate in First track courts.

Eligibility criteria for the JFMC entrance exam:

1. Academic Qualification:

Candidates must have completed his/her bachelor's degree in law from a recognized university. Even final year candidates of law can apply for the entrance exam of Judicial service exam.

You have mentioned in the query that you will complete bachelor's degree in law in June 2015, you are eligible for the JFMC entrance exam that will be conducted in 2015.

2. Age criteria:

The minimum age limit to appear for JFMC entrance exam is 21 years and the upper age limit is 35 years for the aspirants.

JMFC stands for Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court.This exam is conducted by State board.

Eligibility Criteria for JMFC Examination:

You should have done L.L.B graduation from a recognized university.

Your age must be between 21 years to 25 years.

Relaxation is given for OBC is 3 years and for Sc/St 5 years.

Selection Procedure:
The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of the interview/exam conducted by the organization.

No, final year students are not eligible for JMFC 2015 exam.

Those candidates who have completed LLB course with above 55% marks from a recognized university are eligible for JMFC 2015 exam.

Your age should be in between 20 to 35 years.

JFMC stands for the Judicial Magistrate First Track Court.

Eligibility criteria for this exam is :

~~Bachelor's degree in law from any recognized university. Candidates who are in final year can also apply for the exam.

As you will complete your bachelor's degree in law in June 2015, you are eligible for JFMC 2015.

The minimum age limit is 21 years and maximum age limit is 25 years.

Entrance exam has two stages:

1. Written test.

2. Candidates those who clear written test are called for Personal interview.
