As you are doing diploma its not a graduate degree course , after diploma you are not eligible for IPS exam for this you have to get a graduate degree , so that you are eligible for Civil Service exams.

I have done my diploma in civil engineering passing year 2014 to 2017 clear all subjects no backlogs what should right now I can't understand present I am Unemployed.

No you are not eligible . These are the conditions you meet to fulfil.

1) You must be a citizen of India.

2) You must be above 21years and below 32 years of age (on the dated of notification).

3) You must posses any degree. So being a diploma student you cant apply, as diploma is not considered as graduation.

4) maximum number of attempts is six(6). And for SC/ST it is ten(10).

No, you are not eligible for IPS exam.

IPS stands for Indian Police Service.

The minimum educational qualifications required for IPS exam is bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

Final year students are also eligible for IPS exam.

Candidates age should be in between 21 years to 30 years.

The maximum attempts for Sc/ST candidate's is Unlimited. For OBC candidate's it is 7 years and for general candidate's it will be 5 years.

After passing diploma you are not eligible for I.P.S.

For I.P.S you have to qualify Civil Services exam,

Civil Services Exam is conducted by U.P.S.C once in a year.

ELIGIBILITY FOR CIVIL SERVICES:-
> Pass graduation with any stream from recognized University.

> Age Limit for Open Category:- 21-30 year.
For ST/SC candidate 21-35 year

> Must be Citizen of India.

There are three stage of selection:-

> Mains Exam
> Interview

IPS stands for Indian Police Service.
Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducts examination for IAS and IPS.
Eligibility criteria for applying to IPS examination
-Candidate must be a citizen of India.
-Candidate must be of age 21-30 years.
-Candidate must be physically fit.
-Candidate must hold Bachelors degree in any disciple from any recognized university with minimum of 50% marks.

Age and marks relaxation are allowed for the reserved cartegory candidates.

Number of attempts limited for the categories are
General-6
OBC-9
Sc/ST- Unlimited until they reach the maximum age

So, you will not be able to appear for IPS examination as diploma degree is equivalent to Higer Secondary degree and to appear in IPS examination Bachelors degree is required.
So, you will have to complete your bachelorrs degree from any recognized board then think of about appearing in IPS examination.

Diploma holder are not eligible for IPS exam. Minimum qualification for IPS exam is graduation from a recognized university.

Education Qualification:

You should have passed graduation from a recognized university. Appearing in final year candidates are also eligible for IPS exam. There is no percentage requirement.

Your age should be between 21-30 years. Age relaxation is given to reserved category candidates.

You must be physically as well as mentally fit.

You must be citizen of India.

No , you are not eligible for the IPS examination on your diploma degree as it is not equivalent to the graduation. The examination for this is conducted by the UPSC as Civil Services examination every year.

The eligibility for the examination are :-
* Candidates who have passed or pursuing in the final year of graduation from any recognised university.
* Candidates age must be between 21-32 years and relaxation in age for other category candidates.
* There is no restriction on the discipline of graduation and its aggregate.

The examination is conducted in three stages and it is mandatory to qualify in each of them for the final selection.
1. Preliminary.
2. Mains.
3. Interview.

The application form are available in the month of May and June. There is also limitations on number of attempts.

So you have to go with the degree equivalent to graduation then only you are eligible for the examination.
