I am study in bsc mathematics from a well known college which is far away from my area so l want to travel a lot;but two days before l got an opportunity to study bsc computer science .ldont learnt computer science in plustwo level.which is more better. B.sc in computer science is better than B.sc in mathematics, Because the following are the prospects . *) Computer science which deals with programming . One who is sound at programming languages like 1)C 2)C 3)Java 4).php 5) .net The candidates who has scope in the above has plenty of jobs .. both in private and government chances . Top MNC's offers the best packages for the candidates who are sound at above mentioned . *) wipro *) TCS. *) HCL *) Accenture *) Infosys etc....... Government chances are also there 1) you can prepare for UPSC civil service examinations .. 2) Banking sector .. The candidate who is sound at mathematics has only few chances *) he has to go only in teaching field as he is expert at mathematics ... I think you have got it.... |

It is good that you are doing bachelor degree course.Dear friend Maths is all time best course.But As we are living in 21st century where all over computers and related things surrounded with us.So there is also a good scope of this BSC computes. Dear aspirant Just having bachelor course is not sufficient for the further good and bright future.You have to attained the masters in the MSC than you can further go for the job.If you are not interested in the master degree course.Than you can go for the some competitive exams. There are many fields where you can by the competitive exams.You can go in public service comission, Bank, Railway ,CBI and many more fields.At this time you must have to focus on your BSC, As you are new and just joined, so Do focus on your studies rest of the things think later. Re: Which is better between B.Sc Maths and B.Sc Computers? It is difficult to differentiate and compare both B.Sc (Mathematics) and B.Sc Computer. As both disciplines are equally rated and same career prospects. You have to decide yourself about choosing of discipline. It is your personal decision. So you have to decide yourself after deep consideration with your parents, teachers and well-wishers. As per my point of view B.Sc Computer Science is better field. It is my personal view only. Candidate with educational qualification of B.Sc in Computer Science has huge job opportunities in both private sector as well as government sector. Many IT Companies like TCS, Satyam, Wipro etc offer good salary packages to computer science graduates. Job prospects available for computer science graduates are: * Teaching line (Professor) * System Engineer * System Integrator * Software Engineer * Hardware Designer * Logic Designer * Computer Scientist * System Analyst * Technical Writer * Research Staff Member * System Administration * Technical Support * Support Engineer |
