For your kind information i want to tell you that nowadays JEE rank is decided by considering 40% of your marks scored in 12th class and 60% of your marks scored in the entrance test. As you have 160 marks in entrance exam and 98% marks in your 12th class then your rank will be good. So you simply have to participate in the counseling and prefer your choice as NIT. The cutoff of NIT varies year to year, but i think that you will definitely got a seat in NIT after scoring 160 marks in JEE and 98% in your 12th standard. |

Definitely you will get a seat in National Institute of Technology Warangal with 160 marks in Joint Entrance Exam Main and 98% marks in 10+2. For an OBC candidate this marks is enough to get him admission in any NIT in mechanical or Computer Science Engineering. You will be eligible for Advanced also. So prepare well for it and crack to get admission in Indian Institute of Technology. |

But as you know admissions are provided on the behalf of merit list and merit list changes year by year, So you have to wait for counselling and merit list. On the basis of last few cut off lists you will easily get admission in NIT Warangal. |

The first stage of this exam is Main stage, whose rank is used to get admission in National Institute of Technology, IIIT or other government engineering colleges. Yes, why not, being an OBC candidate, you will definitely get admission in any of top five NITs like Warangal in Mechanical or Computer Science Engineering as you have 160 marks in main exam and 98% in board exams. You are satisfying minimum criteria for admission in NIT. |

You will definitely get NIT Warangal with 160 marks in Joint Entrance Examination Main stage and 98% marks in 10+2 board examinations. The possibility for getting a seat for you is more than 90% because of the fact that you belong to Other Backward category. However, 2016 examination has not been conducted yet, then in which JEE Main examination, you have scored this marks. |

Am I eligible to get seat in NIT, Warangal after completion of JEE exam with 160 marks? SIR/MAM, I got 160 marks in jee and 12 class percentage is 98 can i get warangal nit in mechanical and cSE branch and i also belong to obc. Is it possible for me to get the seat in NIT warnagal? What would be the minimum criteria they will look for? Can someone please answer me soon? |
