You can change your board after completing your 10th only, if you will change after 11th then you will have to do the 11th again from that Maharastra state board. So, if you are ready to do the 11th again then you can change the board after submitting the transfer certificate. So, choice is your if you are comfortable with back of one year then you can go for that. |

Re: Conversion from CBSE 11th to Maharashtra state board is possible in 12th? Students are not allowed to change their board in 12th standard. Students can change school within same board in any standard. This is because, the registration of students to the board is completed in 9th at secondary and 11th at higher secondary and form fill up process is done in 10th and 12th and any student who has not done his registration to the board are not allowed to fill form for boards examination. So, you will not be allowed to change board in 12th standard. Even, you want to change board then only option left is that you have to take admission in 11th again and waste your precious year. So, it will be better to continue with the same board, appear for 12th boards examination from the same and score good marks as boards marks of students doesn't vary due to board. |

No, Its not possible to change of Board in the middle of the session you have to continue it other wise you have to start from the beginning (from 11th) . CBSE stands for Central Board Of Secondary Education is also a recognize Board , if you are doing 11th over there you can continue i & complete it .After that you can change your board for higher study. |
