Re: Is there negative marking in ATMA 2016? ATMA is organized every year by Association of Indian Management School. There is negative marking in ATMA examination. The scheme of ATMA consists 180 questions and total duration of examination is 3 hours. For every correct answer, there is one mark and for every wrong answer, 0.25 marks is deducted. |

Re: Is there negative marking in ATMA 2016? The scoring method in the ATMA 2016: The total number of questions in the test are 180. Each section have 30 questions and there is one mark for each correct question and 1 /3 negative marking. The questions are objective type and multiple choice where each question is followed by 4 choices. For each correct or best answer you will get one mark. For any question not answered a zero score will be given. Negative score will be given for a wrong answer of 0.25 will be deducted. |

Each incorrect/wrong answer will resulted into deduction of one mark. Re: Is there negative marking in ATMA 2016? ATMA is a computer-based MBA entrance test. The test consists of multiple-choice objective-type questions. Candidates need to attempt 180 questions in 180 minutes. It evaluates verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, analysing and synthesising ability of the candidate. It focuses on the aptitude of an applicant for higher management education. Each question has four options. For each correct answer candidates are awarded 1 mark whereas for every incorrect answer 0.25 marks is deducted. |

Re: Is there negative marking in ATMA 2016? Exam pattern:- Applicants have to answer 180 question divided in 6 sections. Each section comprises of 30 questions. Each correct answer awarded 1 mark. 1/3 mark is deducted for incorrect one. |

The examination pattern of ATMA is as below: ATMA examination conducted by Association of Indian Management Schools contain total 180 questions from six areas like Analytical Questions, Verbal Skills, Quantitative Skills etc. Total time duration of this test is 3 hours. There is one mark for each correct answer, no marks given for unanswered, however if you mark any questions whose answer is wrong then 0.25 marks will deducted, it means that there is negative marking in this test. |

For example, you mark three wrong answers then 1 mark from you correct answers will be deducted. Therefore, you must avoid marking wrong answers. It is a National level Management exam conducted conducted by AIMA(All India Management Association) for admissions to MBA and other Post Graduate courses. Exam Pattern :- The exam is conducted four times in a year both in offline i.e. pen and paper and online computer based. The total time allotted to write the exam is of 3 hours. The question paper will comprise of 180 multiple choice objective type questions. Each correct answer will be awarded 1 mark and 0.25 mark will be deducted for wrong answers. Syllabus for the questions to be asked in the exam are Quantitative Skills – I Quantitative Skills – II Verbal Skills – I Verbal Skills – II Analytical Reasoning Skills – I Analytical Reasoning Skills – II. |
