After completing your BBA course of study it is better to take up Banking job then MBA,because you can take up MBA after settling in job also,it is hard to get a good bank job right now,so prepare for the Bank jobs and get a good Public sector banking sector jobs.

Banking jobs are available in both the public sector and private sectors also, you can take up in any of the sector and in order to appear for the bank jobs you should have at least completed graduation or bachelor degree as you are of BBA graduate you are eligible for banking sectors jobs such as
  • Clerical cadre
  • Probation officers
  • Special Officer
  • RRB

Public sector bank jobs are available through the IBPS examination which is the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection recruitment examination which is conducted twice every year for all the public sector banks and you can appear for these banking sector jobs after your graduation course.

After getting bank job you can appear or take up MBA in part time course if you are really interested in MBA course.

MBA stands for Master of Business Administration and it is two year duration course. So, if you have any interest in business sector you can join MBA course.

Other than MBA join banking jobs is also a best choice for that you have to appear for entrance examination and qualify in its stages.

So, I will suggest you to go with your decision as per your desire and future aim.

I would like to suggest you to go for banking job if you will be able to qualify the exam such as Bank clerical, bank Probationary Officer and side by side you can go for part time MBA course.
If you want to go for regular MBA course then you have to qualify the entrance exam such as XAT,MAT, CAT etc.

It depends upon your interest weather you are interested in higher studies or you want to get a job.

Both the options are available for you and after qualifying the respective entrance such as IBPS, SBI or CAT, MAT, XAT you are eligible for the jobs or studies respectively.

Yeah you can join in a banking job after completion of BBA course which is a under graduate course. There are entrance exams which are conducted for joining in banking jobs such as probationary officer, clerk, specialist officer. There are eligibility criteria's which you need to satisfy in order to apply for any of these posts.

After BBA if you have interest of earning then joining in a bank job is rightful thing to do. If you have a thinking of getting into a post graduation degree then you can choose MBA. The choice is all yours as it depends upon your interest.

The eligibility criteria's which you would need to have for joining in MBA course is that you should have completed a under graduation degree from a recognized university in any stream. There is no age limit for doing the course.

Whereas in the case of joining in banking job you need to satisfy the nationality, age limit, educational qualification for the respected post which you are applying in order to be eligible.
