As you have got placed in TCS it is a good news. And I know you are passionate to know the things during the Training and all. Here we are giving you the detailed information during Training. As you there are lot of candidates which got placed in TCS and for all of you there is a Basic Class about the Types of Projects, and How to mingle with the Clients for their Output. Can you tell me what the job is and is it based on programming or something else, what is the training procedure and since i have some backlogs in my academics what will its aftereffect in my carrer. Also provide a brief note on the job i will be doing after the training.. |

But l have a little bit fear bcoz I'm from non it background that means from B.sc (m.p.c). I don't have an idea on programing . I don't know even java.so that's why I feel fear. But I'm a quick learner. plz any one help me is it easy to learn programming for a non it guy . |

Every employee has to acquire good skills at the time training. Otherwise it will be difficult for the selected fresher graduates. Coming to the Communication skills it does not come in one day. It will be taking time to reproduce the speech. So have to read English News Papers watching Group Discussions in English Channels daily. More over you need to practice about 6 months to avoid speech problems. This all about the solution for your problem. |

Hi, i ve got placed in TCS, as "graduate trainee"in grade yg , im a bsc(ct) graduate though.. can any1 explain me wat does "graduate trainee" means?? wat all will be taught during training? n abt the salary structure?... and is it possible to continue my higher studies while working in TCS?...and how can i improve my language skill before joining ilp program |
