I am a final year student I have completed diploma in mechanical and have completed b. tech in mechanical in 2016 , but i did not show b. tech in application form of ssc je 2015 . can i eligible for ssc je (MES) ? and i cleared tier 1 and 2 of ssc je 2015. |

The eligibility criteria required to write SSC(Staff Selection Commission) JE(Junior Engineer) examination are as under The candidate should have a Degree/Diploma in Civil/Electrical/ Mechanical discipline from a recognized University The candidate age limit should be in between 18 years to 32 years . |

Re: How can I apply for Junior Engineer Post? I am a final year student Definitely you can go for the junior engineering if you completely fulfill the eligibility criteria of this exam. SSC staff service commission conducts the junior engineering examination. The eligibility criteria for this examination is to have a diploma degree in engineering streams from a recognised universit.Final year's aspirants are also eligible for this exam.Also the appearing aspirant age must lie in between 18 years to 32 year old. |

The eligibility criteria required to write SSC(Staff Selection Commission) JE(Junior Engineer) examination are as under :- -The candidate should have a Degree/Diploma in Civil/Electrical/ Mechanical discipline from a recognized University . -The candidate age limit should be in between 18 years to 32 years . The upper age limit is relaxed by 3 years for OBC candidates, 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 10 years for Physically Handicapped candidates . -Selection procedure involves of Written Exam , and Interview . The exam pattern involves of Paper I : Written Objective type Examination of 200 marks . General Intelligence & Reasoning General Awareness Part-A- General engineering (civil & structural) Or Part-B- General engineering (electrical) Or Part-C- General engineering (mechanical) Paper II : Written Conventional type Examination of 300 marks . Part-A- General engineering (civil & structural) Or Part-B- General engineering (electrical) Or Part-C- General engineering (mechanical) Interview of 100 marks . A junior engineer receives a salary of pay scale Rs. 9300-34800/- with grade pay of Rs. 4200/-. One can apply for the exam either online or offline.The application forms are available at the Official website of SSC. |

I am a final year student Lets see that when there is a notification coming for recruitment of junior engg.then there will be certain rules and regulTions to be obey.if there will be any rules given that final year student may apply then you can apply for that post.other wise you cannt.dont be excited yourself.keep prepare yourself.gd luck |
