I'm a bca degree holder from a state open university. Now my question is am i eligible to get a job in any department in state or national level?? And i've not completed 10 2 exam..however i have competed bachelor preparatory exam conducted by the university..

you are a SSA (Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan) teacher but you are not graduate, no B.Ed. degree. It is very shameful for Assam Education department. How shall you teach your student? Are you a relative of any state minister. Highly qualified Ph.D., M.Ed. passed candidates are not getting this job but you got it illegally

You are eligible for CS exam after taking bachelor degree from KKHSOU.

To become complete C.S(Company Secretary) , you must pass the following three levels as follows.

1. Foundation programme
2. Executive programme
3. Professional programme

:::::::Eligibility criteria for C.S (Company Secretary) :::::

12th passed candidates can apply for Foundation programme .

B.Com holders with 55% marks can directly apply for Executive programme without Foundation programme . Those who have passed Foundation programme can apply for Executive programme.

After successful completion of Executive programme, you can apply for Professional programme.

Since, you are a degree holder, you can directly apply for C.S - Executive programme

Yes, you can apply for a CS (Company Secretary) exam after completing your B.A. degree.

Company Secretary exam is conducted by the Institute of Company Secretary of Indian twice time in a year in the month of June and December.

Those candidates who want to become a Company Secretary have to undergo three stages i.e., Foundation programme, Executive Programme and Professional Programme.

As you have mentioned that, you want to apply for this exam after completing your bachelor degree in Arts then, you are eligible to join executive programme directly.

Once, you qualify in the executive programme then you become eligible for the professional programme.

General Eligibility:

Candidates should have completed at least their 10+2 or its equivalent from the recognized university (Have to go through all three stages).

Candidates who hold graduation degree in any discipline from the recognized university are also applicable.

Exam fees:
  • Executive Programme - Rs. 1200/- (Per Module)
  • Professional Programme - Rs. 1200 (Per Module)

As you have mentioned, that you are interested in CS Company Secretary examination, then after graduation, you are eligible for the Executive Programme course.

Those candidates who have completed his Intermediate examination are eligible for all the three stages. It means, after intermediate aspirant has to appear for the Foundation course. But if you are a graduate candidate, then you are directly eligible for Executive Programme.

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) Conduct the Company Secretary (CS) Examination every year. This examination is conducted in three stages and the eligibility criteria vary from stage to stage. Here are the stages to become the Company Secretary of India.

1. Foundation programme
2. Executive programme
3. Professional programme

Foundation programme is for those aspirants who have completed his/her Intermediate examination, the duration of this programme is 8 months.
Those who have completed his graduation in any stream except fine arts, are eligible for Executive Programme.

Professional programme can be pursued only after passing the Executive Programme of CS Course.

There are total 7 papers in Executive programme, i.e. 4 papers in Module I and 3 papers in Module II.

The examination is conducted twice in a year i.e. in June and December.

Fees: Rs 1200 Per Module for Executive programme.

To crack the executive programme, you need to score minimum of 40% marks in each paper and 50% marks in the aggregate of all subjects.
