MBBS is a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery.

The duration of this course is 5 and 1/2 years.

For MBBS course candidate must have passed 12th with physics, chemistry and biology subjects from a recognized board. The minimum age of candidate must be 17 years

As per my knowledge you are not eligible to get admission in govt college so that you can apply for admission in private college which accept your score.
