Look the thing which you want to do is a big one, but for that you need to be in bureaucratic system of India, so for this change you need to sit for CSE exam conducted by UPSC, but for District Education Officer you need to sit for Tamil Nadu State Civil Service Exam. In regard to eligibility you need to be a Graduate then only you can apply and sit for this exam.

One thing you need to understand there are two types of executives in our country elected and non-elected, for the non-elected executive its not easy to remove them and they work or function in the existing structure or platform, max to max they can bring a slight change in the policy or guidline but they can't change or amend the existing law totally whereas a elected executive can easily be removed but its in their hand who can change the laws and bring upon new changes on toto.

So, go through the above mentioned details and understand what you want to be, for further reference please do let us know.

Good Luck,

No, you are not eligible for the post of DEO. For the post of District Educational Officer you have to complete your Post Graduation. Your age should be below 30 years. After completion of your post graduation you can apply for exam online on the official website of TNPSC. But first complete your studies. Thanks
