If you are seeking to pursue under graduate Degree program [B.E./B.Tech] in Civil Engineering, you must have passed the +2 level of Examination from a recognized Board with a minimum aggregate marks as prescribed by the University or Institute in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry. Some Institutions considers candidates with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry or Computer Sciences or Biotechnology or Biology. The duration of the program is four years. Admission is through Entrance Examinations conducted on various levels and also by individual Institution. Candidate who seeks to pursue Diploma program in Civil Engineering, must have passed the Xth with Science and Mathematics. Since, you are from Arts background, you are not eligible to pursue any Engineering program either be under graduate level or Diploma courses . Hence, you have to look for other options which you can pursue your Degree or Diploma program in with. |
