Hi Yes, direct admission in agriculture is possible but the only eligibility criteria which you have to fulfill is that to Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Chemistry, Maths or Biology or Forestry)OR 10+2 (Agriculture) OR 2 yrs Diploma in Agriculture after 10th . There are very few institutes and universities which are offering B.sc Agriculture with good placements, scholarship schemes, good practical exposure also like Lovely Professional University, Panjab Agriculture University and few others.These universities also offer various skill development programs, professional enhancement training and outstanding exposure to its students. |

Direct admission in B.Sc Agriculture is possible in institutes like SGT university, Lovely Professional University, MJRP university etc. They are admitting students to this course through their own entrance exams. In some universities like LPU, you may get direct admission based on your 12th score, the criteria is that you have to0 score more than 70% in 12th. If your score is less than that you can appear in entrance test. University is also offering scholarships to the students based on the 12th score or the university tests' score. you can enjoy an excellent academic environment with much practical experiences in the field. |

The direct admission is given on the basis of qualifying marks and also you need to fulfill the eligibility like: Eligibility: - Minimum qualification is 10+2 in science (physics, chemistry, biology, mathematics) or agriculture stream. Depending on the Universities the combination of subjects varies. If you fulfill this eligibility criteria then you can get an direct admission. |

Re: Direct admission in B.Sc Agriculture is possible? Eligibility criteria for admission in Bsc agriculture: 1. Aspirants should have passed intermediate with science stream from a recognised board. 2. Meaning of percentage should not be less than 55. 3. Relaxation of 5% in percentage is provided to SC/ ST and OBC candidates. 4. Direct admission is not possible without entrance exam. If you qualify the entrance exam then you will given admission in the government college and if you will not able to qualify the entrance exam then you will be get admission in private college. If you do not want to appear in entrance exam then you have to apply for management quota seat. |

The minimum eligibility criteria required to take admission in Bsc agriculture is that a candidate must have passed 12th with science stream from a recognised board with minimum 55% marks and relaxation of 5% is given to reserved students and moreover if you want to take direct admission then you have to take admission through management quota seat which is purely on the basis of money donation. |
