I have 3 years of experience on paper In sales & marketing

After 6 months of work ex i decided to leave my job and study for MBA so how do i conceal this?
is it going to be tough to get into a good B school?

I completed my BCA from Burdwan university on 2004. after that i joined BPO. still working there and have almost 7 years experience in this filed. Now i am working as an SME in a company. again i wanted to complete MBA in Finance and HR. what are the prospect of my growth in BPO industry.

I had graduate in the year 2009 and this year i gave mat,what to say if they ask about these 2 years gap in gd/pi?it was just i was very indecisive and trying out various options,but will it be wise to say this truth?

Yes, there may be questions like what have you done during these years... so tell them what is reality and dont conceal anything.
if you have no work experience then there is surely going to be some issues,
you have to be really prepared to face some tough questions ,you got to give the interviewer real and honest answers ,
also try to have an really good score in your mba to compensate for the five years ,'
also some companies may not even call you for interview because of the age issues i guess,but any how you will do good after an mba degree

I AM PRESENTLY IN ,MY FINAL YEAR OF BHM .BUT I WOULD LIKE TO GAP AN YEAR FOR PREPARING FOR AN MBA .DOES THAT HAVE EFFECTS ON MY GETTING COLLEGES

right now i am persuing MBA but there is 5 years gap between graduation and MBA . so at the time of interview which types of problem will occured? i have also no work experience because i was preparing for compitative examination in that time.
