The application forms can be filled on the official website of Banaras Hindu University and that is www.bhu.ac.in. One must have passed 12th standard with PCB from a recognised board. |

Aspirants should have passed in intermediate or equivalent with physics, chemistry and Biology is compulsory subjects along with a minimum percentage of 50 from a recognised board. Those applicants who are waiting for results me also eligible to apply and admission is done on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and the entrance exam conducted by the respective University. The full details about eligibility requirements for the entrance exam are mentioned below. BHU (Banaras Hindu University) is a one top university which provides different type of courses. The university conducts entrance exam for different courses, to get admission you need qualify the exam in merit. Eligibility criteria: - The candidate should be citizen of India. - The educational qualification required is to complete 10+2 or equivalent education in PCB subjects with 50% from any recognised board. - There is 10% percentage relaxation for SC/ ST candidates. - The age should be between 17 - 25 years. Exam pattern: - There will be 100 questions. - The duration of the exam is 2 hours. - The test is a multiple choice question type. - Each question carries 4 marks. - There is negative marking. For each wrong answer 1 mark will be deducted - The topics for the test include Biology, Physics, Chemistry and Zoology. |

You can get the application form from the campus by paying the fee and just fill the form with all the required details and submit. Now a days online application forms are available and you can apply on this website: www.bhau.ac.in You need to have class 12th qualification with physics, chemistry and Biology subjects with at least 50% marks from a recognised Board of Education. |

BHU refers to Banaras Hindu University and same is regarded as one of the finest university in India which is known for providing quality education in various courses. As far as you are concerned about pursuing B.Pharma ( i.e; Bachelor of Pharmacy ) degree course from BHU i.e; IIT BHU then for that you will have to qualify JEE ( Joint Entrance Examination ) held by IITs and so the eligibility for pursuing B.Pharma from BHU is same as that required for appearing in JEE. For appearing in JEE for admission in IITs you need to have completed your Class 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as main subjects with at least 75% marks from a recognized board. Students managing under 75% marks in their Class 12th but lying among the top twenty percentile students of their concerned board of examinations are also eligible. Candidates must have cleared 10+2 Physics, Chemistry and Maths(PCM) or Physics, Chemistry and Biology(PCB) or Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Biology as subject. 2. Candidates must have pass at least 50% marks in Pre University courses with Biology/Mathematics as one of the subjects, or complete a D.Pharma. 3. Every institution or university may give relaxation upto 5% of marks for SC/ST candidates. |
