Yes, you can change your stream from PCB to Arts without failing in 12th standard.

But you will have to apply for change in stream before registration for Board Exams.

In case, if your registration for Board Exams is already done by school authority, then you won't be able to change your stream from PCB to Arts stream.

If you can pass 12th having PCB then you can change stream to pursue graduation.
But if you are very weak in this then also you can change stream from Science to Arts. This is possible so no need to worry. You have both options either you can change to Arts in 12th or you can change stream after passing 12th from Science stream. Do whatever you want and according to your capability.

You can change stream for 12th standard at the time of admission only. Once the admission process is over, no one is permitted to change their stream. If you think you are unable to catch PCB, then you have to decide it at the time of admission only. My suggestion to you is that you should not go with a different stream in 12th because 11th standard is the plinth for intermediate. If you feel weak in any subject, then you can join any coaching classes for that particular subject.

You might have opted for 12th class with Science stream with some goal in mind.

If you put your best efforts, you can do anything. Nothing will be difficult.

My first suggestion is to continue in Science streams to reach your goal.

If you can not continue, then below are the options for you.

One thing is sure that it is not possible to change from Science stream (PCB) to Arts stream in the 12th class.

Since you want to switch to Arts stream, either you have to freshly join 10+2 with Arts stream.

This would result in 2 year academic career loss.

Another option is to opt for Arts streams in Graduation like
BBA
BBM
B.Com General
B.Com Computers etc.

This is the best option for you.

Since you have not gone through Arts stream related subjects in your 10+2, you might be feeling it difficult to understand the Arts subject in the beginning of your course.

But please don't quit your Graduation also just because of that.

You can go for private tutions or spend some extra time in understanding the subject and to become master in the subject.

No, it is not possible to change from PCB to Arts stream while pursuing 12th standard. You can't pursue 11th standard in PCB and 12th standard in Arts stream. You have to pursue both 11th and 12th standard in same stream whether it is Science or Arts stream. If you are not unable to pursue 12th standard with PCB stream then, you have to pursue both 11th and 12th standard with Arts stream.
