Since you passed class 12th with subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics you are not eligible to apply for the NEET Exams.

The minimum educational qualification required to apply for NEET Exams is senior secondary board passed or appearing for 10+2 board examination with biology stream(Physics, Chemistry and Biology) in 10+2. Minimum of 50% marks in 12th is required to apply for MBBS course.

The age limit for MBBS course is 17-25 years.

No, it is not possible to appear in NEET examination after completion of your 12th standard with PCM stream. To be eligible to appear in NEET examination, you should have passed 12th standard or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects with minimum aggregate of 50% marks with English as a subject in the qualifying examination from a Government recognised board. So, if you want to appear in NEET examination, you have to pursue your 11th and 12th standard with PCB stream.

NEET stands for National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test and it is a national level medical entrance examination for admission in MBBS/BDS degree courses in any medical college of India.

The minimum eligibility criteria for appearing in the same examination are as here under:

1. You must have the nationality of India with your age lying between 17 years to 25 years by the 31st December of that year in which you are appearing in the same examination.

2. You must have completed your class 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as main subjects with a overall aggregate of 50% from a recognized board of examination.

So being a Science stream student but with PCM group you are not eligible to appear in NEET as it is evident for the same examination you need to be a PCB group candidate.
