There is academic gap between bachelor's degree allowed on following grounds:

1. Health issues of concern.

2. Person/family issues.

Colleges allow students to resume course when they submit application with necessary details and evidences.

In every university, one year academic gap is allowed on health grounds or certain personal issues. But a candidate has to produce valid doctor certificate to avail the relaxation.

You can submit proof of health issues or any other reason to become eligible to resume Bachelor of Education from Pune university. It is possible to resume course after one year academic gap.

Yes it is possible to write examination after 1 year gap.
If you are not able to appear in this session then you can drop this year and then continue in next year.
But the gap should be not more than 3 years otherwise you are not allowed to continue for the same. This is not in procedures to continue after 4 years gap. After this you have to take re-admission and start from 1st session.
And this is valid in every board.

You can resume Bachelor of Education course after gap of one year in studies.

College authority may ask you for reason for one year academic gap between bachelor's degree. You will have to produce valid reason along with proof.

College administration once satisfied can allow you to pursue Bachelor's degree in Education.

Yes, it is possible to continue B.Ed course after one year of gap after completion of your first year. For every course, there will be minimum and maximum duration to complete the course. The minimum duration of B.Ed course is two years and the maximum duration is four years. So, after taking one year of gap after completion of your first year of B.Ed course, you can continue pursuing your second year of B.Ed course.
