Re: Eligibility to appear in TGT for a candidate with 43% in BA, 55% in MA & 67% in BEd?

If you have a graduate degree, postgraduate degree and if you must have B.Ed degree from a recognised University, then you are eligible to apply for PGT entrance examination.

But make sure that, you must not exceed the age of 35 years along with good academic record.

You must have a adequate knowledge of computer also

If you have clear the entrance exam and interview successfully, then you must get a salary of more than 16000 Rs. per month.

But for this you have to apply for written examination and after clear the written exams, you have to clear interview.

The eligibility criteria to apply for Trained Graduate Teacher exam:

Academic qualification: Minimum academic qualification required is bachelor's degree with minimum of 50% marks. Bachelor of Education is also necessary.

Your percentage of marks in Bachelor's degree less than 50%. It means that you can not apply for TGT examination.

To be able to appear for the TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) test you need to have a 2 year B.ed course. Percentage of marks in your previous education has no role to play in it, As you have already completed your B.ED course you are eligible for the test. So wait for the official Notification for the exam, once it appears, you are good to go for it.
