Re: Is it necessary to do M.Sc in Nursing after completion of B.Sc in Nursing?

Course opportunities after successful completion of B.Sc in Nursing:

Basically there are several course opportunities available after successful completion of B.Sc in Nursing course. They are,

>> Master of Hospital Administration/ Master of Health Administration

>> MBA in Hospital Administration

>> Master of Public Health

>> MBBS

>> Master of Social Work

>> M.Sc in Nursing/ M.Sc in Neuroscience/ M.Sc in Renal Science/ M.Sc in Biotechnology/ M.Sc in Medical Microbiology/ M.Sc in Medical Sociology..etc.,

Although there are several course opportunities available, it's your choice to choose the best course among the above mentioned courses. As far as my best knowledge is concerned, doing M.Sc in Nursing is the good option for you after completion of B.Sc in Nursing course as far as scope as well as career opportunities are concerned.

No, if you are not interested in higher studies in any particular stream then it not compulsory to pursue it.

So, you can take admission in any other course, if you are more interested in it.

I have completed my B.Sc in Nursing. Now is it necessary to do M.Sc in Nursing only? Aren't there any other specialized courses available? If yes, then what are those courses?
