There is 15% seats for All Indian counselling and 85% seats for state quota. You can avail benefits of state quota under Kerala only. There is cut off set by CBSE for all India counselling under which candidate can take admission in different state. |

NEET is a national level entrance examination conducted for admission in medical course. The examination is conducted by CBSE. It is conducted for admission in private and government colleges. There are 15% reserved seats for All Indian students to get admission in state government colleges. |

Yes, candidates passed NEET examination are eligible for admission in MBBS course in state government colleges of different state ( other than domicile state ).
