To become a Drug Inspector:

Pharmacy is one the most developed industry in India and also third largest industry in the world marketing. Candidates who complete their +2 with Physics, Chemistry or Biology stream can apply for the admission. Admission goes under the entrance marks.

> Candidate who want to become a drug inspector must have the Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Diploma in Pharmacy.(Physics, Chemistry or Biology)

> After B Pharmacy candidates able to do M Pharmacy course. Completing the course B Pharmacy, Microbiology, Medicine in the clinic specialization, Pharmaceutical can eligible to apply for Staff Selection Commission exam.

> Exam is conducted by UPSC, qualified candidates will become Drug Inspector. Age limit Limit is between 21 to 30 years. Those who are not qualified can apply for the Pharmaceutical Companies

You do not have sufficient qualification to appear for entrance examination conducted by State Public Service Commission for recruitment as a Drug Inspector.

The required minimum qualification to appear in examination is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree in Pharmacy.

Candidates have to qualify in all the stages of examination for final recruitment in job.

So, if you want to appear in examination you have to complete bachelor degree in Pharmacy or Chemistry or Botany etc.

The eligibility criteria for Drug Inspector examination:

1. You must have done bachelor's degree in pharmacy or pharmaceutical science or medicine with specialization in clinical pharmacology or microbiology.

2. The age criteria is 21-30 years.

You must pursue bachelor's degree in pharmacy after diploma in pharmacy to become eligible for this examination.

Candidate must have passed bachelor degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology etc.

The age limit varies with PSC.

So, you have to pursue bachelor degree in pharmacy to appear in examination and only after qualifying in it will become eligible for recruitment.

Eligibility Criteria Required to become a Drug Inspector:

Basically there is a certain educational qualification required in order to become a Drug Inspector. The basic qualification required is given below,

<> You should have completed Graduation or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Science or in Medicine with the specialization in Clinical Pharmacology or Microbiology from an university established in India by Law.

<> As Pharmacy diploma is not a Graduation degree, you are not eligible as far as my best knowledge is concerned. Hence, I suggest you to first complete Bachelor's Degree in any of the above mentioned streams in order to be eligible.

<> Generally, the selection process consists of

Hello friends, I am studying Diploma in Pharmacy course. I want to become a Drug Inspector or Drug Controller. So, I am eligible to become any of them after completing my Diploma course? Please tell me immediately.
