Dear sir when I was in my 10th standard that time I was I'll due to my kidney failure i was unable to study for 6 years after my kidney transplantation i got opportunity to start my study's again from ycmou I gave my preparatory test and i have passed from 55% and now i am doing my b.com sir can i take admission in 5 years or 3 LL.B course please reply with details |

Yes, you can do LLB in year 2015 even being a 29 years old candidate and I am very happy to say that there is NO age restriction to be eligible for doing LLB. Yes, "The Bar Council of India" has withdrawn the maximum age required restriction to get admission in Law courses. Hence, you do not need to worry at all even being a 29 years old candidate. Since there is no certain maximum age is required you can certainly pursue LLB course from a recognized university. You may go for LLB or three year LLM course without any age restriction. Since BCO has uplifted this upper age restriction for doing LLB (Bachelor of Law) course I can say that you are certainly eligible apply for LLB course in year 2015. |
