You can not become District Magistrate at age of 18 years after 12th board exam in science stream.

District Magistrate is an IAS officer. You should first join Indian Administrative Services exam through Civil Services exam.

Only graduates who is minimum of 21 years of age can apply for Civil Services examination. You should proceed to pursue bachelor's degree first.

You can not become a district Magistrate after 12th as an academic qualification. To become district magistrate, you should pursue bachelor's degree.

After bachelor's degree apply for Civil Services exam. To apply for exam, minimum age required is 21 years then crack all stages of exam and secure rank below 100. Then after certain years of experience in administration, you can become DM.
