For IAS, one should have a bachelor's degree in any discipline and thus can apply for IAS.
IAS stands Indian Administrative Service. It is conducted by the UPSC.

Yes, you can appear for the Civil Service Examination and with the examination in Persian language.

But you have to appear and qualify in all three stages of examination for final selection. The three stages of examination are :- Preliminary, Mains and Interview.

- Manipuri,
- Marathi,
- Nepali,
- Oriya,
- Punjabi,
- Sanskrit,
- Santhali,
- Sindhi,
- Tamil,
- Telugu and
- Urdu
except Section II of the Paper I should be in English

IAS stands for Indian Administrative Service. To become an IAS Officer, you have to appear n Civil Services examination. This examination is conducted by UPSC every year.

This eligibility criteria for this examination is candidate must have passed Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Candidate age must be 21 to 32
years. There is age relaxation available for reserved category. Final year candidate are also eligible.

You can write medium of instruction of exam as ''Urdu''.

Yes, you can appear in IAS exam in Urdu language.

Yes, you can appear for I.A.S examination after B.A in Urdu language.

Civil Service Examination is conducted for recruitment of an I.A.S Officer. The eligibility to appear in examination is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university.

The age limit is 21-32 years. It is conducted in three stages. You can also appear in examination in Urdu language.

Look in Pre and Mains you have only two options Hindi and English.
But as an optional subject you should choose Urdu as it is not restricted. But for this you have to qualify Pre.
