Re: Eligibility to study MA(Sociology) for BA graduate with 6 years gap? IGNOU is a recognised open university and you are eligible to get admission in the university. The eligibility to get admission in master degree in Sociology is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university. So, you are eligible for admission in the course. It is two year course. There is no entrance test for admission in the course. |

So, you can apply for the admission in the course. You have the desired qualification to appear in examination. Re: Eligibility to study MA(Sociology) for BA graduate with 6 years gap? There is no upper age limit to pursue Master of Arts course in sociology. The academic qualification is bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized university. You can apply for MA in sociology after 6 years gap between studies. IGNOU is UGC and DEC approved for MA course. |

The eligibility to get admission in Sociology is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognized university. No age limit and even gap year is not a limitation to get admission in the course. So, you are eligible to get admission in IGNOU. |

So, you can apply for the admission in the course. The eligibility to get admission in the course is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised board. |

Eligibility to study MA(Sociology) for BA graduate with 6 years gap? Sir/Madam, I have completed my BA in Sociology course around 6 years ago. Now, I want to study MA in the same stream from IGNOU. I would like to know that am I eligible or not for doing MA in this stream from IGNOU? |
