you should have completed A Degree in any Agricultural Tradeyou are in the final year of your B.Sc program, you are not yet eligible to apply for the examination.
Apart from being a graduate in agricultural science or related field, you must be within the age limit of 20-35 years of age for the post of Agricultural Field Officer. The maximum age limit is 38 years for OBC category and 40 years for Sc/St category.
For further information, refer to the official website of the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection-IBPS.If you have completed your graduation in agriculture or allied specializations Horticulture/ animal husbandry /veterinary science/ dairy science / Agri. engineering / fishery science / pisciculture/ agri marketing and co operation etc from a recognized university, then only you are eligible.

i am doing m.sc. agriculture in molecular biology and biotechnology(MBBT) branch and i have done my b.sc. in biotech,not in agriculture but i passed an additinal year before starting m.sc. agriculture for doing agriculture deficient courses...now my degree will be of m.sc. (ag) MBBT then plz tell me that am i eligible for applying agriculture officer exams or not?

No you can not appear for the exam of IBPS specialist officer.

You should have completed your graduation first in the relevant field from a recognized university and your age should be between 20 years to 35 years as on 01.12.2011.

So you can apply next year.

To apply for the post of Specialist Officer in the participating banks of Common Written Exam, conducted by the IBPS, you should hold a bachelors degree in the relevant field.
Since you are in the final year of your B.Sc program, you are not yet eligible to apply for the examination.
