Eligibility for NDA exam for Navy: Academic qualification: 12th in science stream from a recognized board. Subjects combination: Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics mandatory. Age criteria: 16.5 to 19.5 years. PCB candidates can not get into Navy through NDA exam. |

Re: How can I join Indian Navy with 84% in 12th PCB? The full form of NDA is National Defence Academy. It is conducted by UPSC twice every year. The eligibility criteria for NDA exam at 12th level: 1. You must have studied science stream with Physics and Mathematics subject to become eligible for Navy. PCB candidates are eligible for NDA exam but for Army only. Only PCM candidates can apply for Navy. 2. Age criteria is 16.5 to 19.5 years. |

Eligibility criteria for appearing foe NDAexam- 1.Nationality - Indian 2.Only unmarried male candidates can apply. 3.Age should be between 16.5 to 19.5 years. 4.Candidates should pass 12th with Physics ,Chemistry ,Mathematics as compulsory subjects. 5.There is relaxation of age for reserved candidates. |

No, you are not eligible to apply for Indian Navy after completion of your 12th standard PCB stream with 84% aggregate marks from a Government recognised board. To be eligible to join Indian Navy, you have to appear in NDA examination which is conducted by UPSC. Only unmarried male candidates who have passed 12th standard or an equivalent examination with Mathematics and Physics subjects from a Government recognised board are eligible to join Indian Navy through NDA examination. |

Re: How can I join Indian Navy with 84% in 12th PCB? The candidate who has done 12th standard with PCB is not eligible to join Indian Navy because as per the eligibility criteria, the candidate must have completed 12th standard with PCM from a recognised board in order to join Indian Navy. |

Re: How can I join Indian Navy with 84% in 12th PCB? Let me tell you that the student who has completed 12th standard with PCB is not eligible to join Indian Navy because the candidate must have completed 12th standard with PCM in order to join Indian Navy through NDA entrance test. |

How can I join Indian Navy with 84% in 12th PCB? Respected Sir/Madam, I have secured 84% marks in my 12th standard from PCB stream. I want to join Indian Navy. Kindly tell me how can I join Indian Navy with this percentage of marks in 12th standard? |
