AFCAT eligibility criteria is as:
(1)candidate must hold a bachelor's in any subjects with 60% and with physics and maths in 12th class with 60%.
(2)B.E/B.TECH with minimum 60% marks.
(3)age limit: 20-24 years

The required qualification to appear for Air Force Common Admission Test examination is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university.

The age limit and required stream in bachelor degree varies with different post of recruitment.

The examination will be conducted in two stages. The examination is conducted in two stages and candidates have to appear and qualify in all stages of examination for final selection. To get more information visit at www.careerairforce.nic.in.

Yes, candidates passed bachelor degree in any discipline are eligible to appear for AFCAT examination.

Candidates after qualifying in both stages - Written and SSB will become eligible for recruitment as an officer in Indian Air Force. Examination is conducted twice in a year.

The age limit is 19-26 years or 19-24 years. For more information about examination visit at www.careerairforce.nic.in.

The full form of AFCAT is Air Force Common Admission Test.

There are three branches:

Flying branch.

Ground duty branch.

Technical branch.

Bachelor's degree in Economics graduate can apply for AFCAT exam for Ground Duty branch. The age limit is 20-26 years.

There are two stages Written exam and AF SSB.

AFCAT refers to Air force Common Admission Test and it is held twice every year by IAF ( Indian Air force).

Being a BA in Economics degree holder, as per your education qualification, you are eligible for appearing in AFCAT for joining its ground duty branch and too if you have studied Mathematics and Physics at your Class 12th level. Higher degree qualification is not considered in case of deciding the eligibility of a candidate for the same examination.

I am doing MA Economics and done with BA in Economics. So, can I apply for AFCAT (Air Force Common Admission Test)?
