Re: What is the possibility of joining LLB course after passing 10th board exam?

The minimum academic qualification required to join integrated course for LLB that is BA LLB is senior secondary board examination.

Instead of going for diploma course in law, you must pursue BA LLB course as it has more scope as compared to other course. You can choose any stream in 12th to become eligible for Common Law Admission Test.

Minimum of 45% marks in 12th is required to apply for CLAT exam. This exam will help you in admission in top law colleges of India.

LLB is Bachelor in Law course. It is five year course after 12th and three year after bachelor degree.

So, you are not eligible to appear for examination to get admission after 10th course. Entrance examination is conducted by various institutes for admission in the course.

So, you will become eligible to appear in the examination to get admission in the course with present qualification.

LLB refers to Bachelor of Legislative Law and it is a professional undergraduate degree course after completion of which one head towards becoming a lawyer.

One the basis of duration of course, LLB courses are of two types which are as discussed below :-

i) LLB degree course of three year for which the minimum education required is a bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

ii) LLB degree course of five years i.e; integrated LLB degree course for which the minimum education required is a higher secondary school degree from a recognized board.

So, being a Class 10th passed, you are not eligible for pursuing any law courses at this stage.
