Re: Steps to join Indian Army for 2nd PUC Commerce student? You are studying PUC right now in Commerce stream. So, you can't eligible to join through NDA examination because only Science stream students are eligible for NDA examination. So, the way for you to join Indian Army is to attend CDS examination which you can appear after completing graduation in any discipline . |

Re: Steps to join Indian Army for 2nd PUC Commerce student? Second PUC candidates are eligible for National Defence Academy exam. Union Public Service Commission conducts NDA examination. Candidates who have done 12th from a recognized board can apply for NDA exam. Science stream candidates with PCM subjects are eligible for Air Force and Navy. The age criteria for NDA examination is 16.5 to 19.5 years. Only unmarried male Indian candidates are eligible for NDA examination, |

Re: Steps to join Indian Army for 2nd PUC Commerce student? You are eligible for appear the NDA examination. It is conducted by UPSC twice in a year. The examination is conducted for recruitment in defence service. The age limit is 16.5-19.5 years. Only male candidates are eligible to appear for the examination. Candidates after qualifying in both stages of examination will become eligible for final selection in Indian Army as an officer. |

You must have passed 12th or 2nd PUC from a recognized board. For Army, all stream candidates are eligible. 2. Age criteria is 16.5 to 19.5 years. 3. Only unmarried male Indian candidates are eligible. Stages of exam: Written test. Service Selection Board. |
