Re: What is the syllabus of Combined Defence Services Examination? To join OTA, you have to appear and qualify in CDS examination. You have to appear in only two paper of written examination for recruitment in OTA. Two paper includes :- English. General Ability. You will have to also appear for the SSB after qualifying in the written and only after the final merit list will become eligible for the selection in OTA. Re: What is the syllabus of Combined Defence Services Examination? OTA is Officer's Training Academy. The recruitment examination is conducted by UPSC through CDS entry. The examination is conducted in two stages. You have to appear and qualify in both stages for final selection. Candidates in the final year of the bachelor degree are eligible to appear for the examination. To get syllabus and examination pattern for examination visit at www.upsc.gov.in. |

Both of them will be of 100 marks. Candidates who will clear the cut off score will become eligible for SSB and after qualifying in it become eligible for final selection through merit list. The written examination consists of three paper :- English, General Awareness, and Mathematics. For OTA - Not necessary to appear for Mathematics paper. Each paper will carry maximum 100 marks. As far as you are concerned about the syllabus for CDS ( Combined Defense Services ) entrance examination, then it can be downloaded along with the notification released for the same examination by referring to the link www.upsc.gov.in. From the same link, you can even download the last year papers of the same examination which would help you understand the examination pattern for the same examination. |

What is the syllabus of Combined Defence Services Examination? What kind of question are asked in Combined Defence Services Examination OTA examination? Can you share the syllabus and exam pattern details? Also, if possible share the sample model test papers for the same. |
