Graduate candidates from any discipline with minimum 50% average marks ( B.tech is also a graduate degree) are eligible for state level Police Inspector posts. >>Sub Inspector of Police: Candidates have to write state level civil service examination. And should have above criteria. |

Re: Can I join Police Force after completing B.Tech? Yes, you can join the Indian Police Force after B.tech. You can opt for the Civil Services Exam - IPS exam. You need to be a minimum state for applying for this post. You should be not less than 21 years of age. You need to attend the written examination as part of this. If you qualify in the main exam you need to attend the preliminary exam .If qualified in both the pass you can attend the personal interview. |

You need to be a minimum graduate for applying for this post. You should be not less than 21 year of age. you need to attend the written examination as part of this.if you qualifying in the main exam you need to attend the preliminary exam.if you qualified in both the parts you can attend the personal interview. |

One of them opportunity is Indian Police Service that you can join through UPSC Exam by qualifying Civil Services Exam. You can apply for this exam while studying final year of B.Tech or even after completing it. After cracking this exam, you will get post of IPS Officer in Police Force. You need to be a minimum graduate for applying for this post. You should not be less than 21 years. You have to appear in civil services examination that is conducted by UPSC every year. |

Re: Can I join Police Force after completing B.Tech? There are three exams for Bachelor of technology candidates to get job in Police force: 1. Constable: Minimum qualification is 12th. 2. Sub Inspector: Bachelor's degree is the minimum academic qualification. 3. Civil Services exam for Indian Police force for Grade A police jobs. You can select your exam and prepare for it. |

Through SPSC(State Public Service Commission) examination, you can become a Police Officer in any state whether you belong from or whether you apply from. Yes, you can apply for Police Officer rank as per your educational qualification. The educational qualification required for the SPSC examination mentioned below:- 1. Candidates must have completed their bachelor degree in any stream from any recognised college or university. 2. Age limit:- 18-25 years. 3. Age relaxation:- 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates. 4. Nationality:- Indian. |

The required educational qualification to appear in the examination is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree in any discipline. The age limit varies with examination. So, you can visit the official website to get the detail information about the examination pattern and syllabus. The post or rank is not same for all. It varies with post. |

Re: Can I join Police Force after completing B.Tech? You can appear in entrance examination and qualify in the examination for the recruitment. The examination is conducted for recruitment as ASI, SI, SSP etc. The examination will be conducted in various stages and you will have to appear and qualify in all stages for final selection. The post and rank is different for the different post. You can appear for any recruitment examination on the basis of bachelor degree qualification. |

You can apply for SI exam of your state police after Bachelor of Technology course. 2. For higher grade or rank in Police, you can apply for Civil Services examination conducted by Union Public Service Commission. The age limit is 21-32 years. Graduates are eligible for Civil Services exam. 3. After clearing this exam, you can join Indian Police Services. |
