To be eligible for pursuing MCA course, you should possess following:
  • Graduation in any field (Science, Commerce, Arts, Engineering) from any approved and recognized University

So, if you have studied Mathematics in 10+2, then you can enroll for MCA course. If not then, you can pursue any other short term computer courses and get jobs in IT Sector.

If you have mathematics as one of the subject at (10+2) OR graduation, then you are eligible to apply for MCA course, otherwise you are not eligible for MCA. If you are not eligible and interested to make a career in computer science, then you can also apply for computer related certificate courses.

Re: Can I do MCA after B.Sc Chemistry with Biology in 12th?

MCA refers to Master of Computer Application and the minimum education required to pursue the same degree course is a graduation degree in any discipline but with Mathematics as one of the subject during Class 12th or graduation degree from a recognised university.

So, having not opted for Mathematics either in Class 12th or in graduation degree, you are not eligible for pursuing MCA degree course.

Further, if you are interested in pursuing Computer courses, then you can simply go for PG diploma courses or various other certificate courses in your interested field of computer.
