If you are qualified in typewriting and short hand then you can apply for TNPSC Group 4 exam.
Other than group 4 you cannot apply for any TNPSC exams during first year.
You must have to complete your graduation first to apply.

Can I apply for TNPSC exam while being in 1st year of Graduation?

Hello, I am pursuing my 1st year of Graduate degree course. Can I apply for Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) examination while continuing my Graduation? Or, do I need to qualify the Graduation first?
